All promotional bonuses, free bets, and cashback offers on okbey are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game contribution rates. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met. Abuse of bonuses may result in account suspension.
Fraud, money laundering, collusion, the use of automated betting software or bots, abuse of promotional terms, and any activity that manipulates game outcomes are strictly prohibited. okbey reserves the right to void bets and close accounts involved in prohibited conduct.
okbey operates under PAGCOR authorization. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the okbey Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any manner, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the okbey Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may apply to specific activities on the Platform.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and okbey under Philippine law. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and, if you have registered an Account, contact okbey support to request closure of your Account.
2.3 These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language for all purposes of interpretation, dispute resolution, and legal proceedings. Any translations provided for convenience do not carry legal weight and shall not supersede the English version.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use any service offered by okbey. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. okbey reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to immediately suspend any Account where the account holder is found or suspected to be under the required age.
All okbey services, including live casino, sports betting, slots, bingo, crash games, and table tennis betting, are strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older as required by PAGCOR.
3.2 Philippine Resident Eligibility. The okbey Platform is designed and operated for use within the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform must ensure that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction. okbey makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines and shall bear no liability for access from prohibited territories.
3.3 One Account Rule. Each individual may register only one (1) Account on the okbey Platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment details — are strictly prohibited. Discovery of multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in the suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings in the duplicate accounts.
3.4 Registration Information. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and any other information requested during the KYC process. You are obligated to update this information promptly if any details change. okbey shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
3.5 Account Approval. okbey reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal, in accordance with its obligations under applicable PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbey Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. okbey strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been authorized by you, whether or not you actually initiated it, until such time as you notify okbey of unauthorized access.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. If you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify okbey immediately by contacting our support team. okbey shall not be liable for losses incurred prior to the receipt of such notification.
4.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your okbey Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate suspension of the Account and forfeiture of all associated funds.
4.4 KYC Completion. You are required to complete the KYC verification process — which involves submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — before okbey will process any withdrawal request. Failure to complete KYC within the prescribed period following registration may result in suspension of deposit and withdrawal functionality pending verification.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okbey accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following verified payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. okbey may add or remove payment methods at its discretion, subject to notice to Players where practicable.
5.2 Own Account Rule. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account does not match the okbey Account holder's name — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reversal of funds.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on the okbey Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Funds held in your Account wallet, all bets placed, and all winnings paid are expressed and settled in PHP.
5.4 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's banking page and may vary by payment method.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by okbey in accordance with the following general timelines: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes of approval; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within one (1) banking business day. These timelines are indicative and may vary due to payment processor delays, public holidays, or compliance review requirements.
5.6 Withdrawal Conditions. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfied any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to funds being withdrawn; and (c) not been flagged by okbey's compliance systems for review.
6.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the okbey Platform are subject to these Terms, together with any game-specific rules, sports betting rules, and house rules applicable to the relevant game category. By placing a bet, you acknowledge and accept all applicable rules.
6.2 Bet Finality. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the okbey system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where okbey's rules for a specific game explicitly provide for a cancellation or cash-out option. The outcome of each game or event is final upon conclusion of the event or game round.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error affecting any game or bet, okbey reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Players' accounts. okbey shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform technical issues outside our direct control.
6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game category, table, or betting market and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. okbey reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
6.5 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the okbey Sportsbook Rules, which address void bets, match postponements, abandoned events, and the settlement of specific markets. In the absence of a specific rule for a particular event or market, okbey's sports trading team retains discretion to settle bets in accordance with standard industry practice.
6.6 Live Casino. Games conducted in the live casino section of the okbey Platform are operated by certified third-party game studios under their own rules and protocols. The decisions of live dealers and game hosts are final. Where a discrepancy exists between the live stream and the game interface, the record maintained by the studio's system will prevail.
7.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers made available by okbey are subject to separate promotion-specific terms and conditions. Where a Player accepts a bonus or promotional offer, they are bound by both these Terms and the specific promotion terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to the bonus in question.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits awarded by okbey are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus credits — and winnings derived from their use — cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. The wagering requirement, game contributions, and time limits applicable to each bonus are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
7.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion explicitly permits otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts, payment methods, or identities will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in Account suspension.
7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. okbey reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is terminated early, okbey will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to eligible Players. Ongoing wagering requirements already accepted by a Player at the time of termination will be honoured.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbey Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
9.1 All content on the okbey Platform — including but not limited to the okbey name, logo, trademark, website design, software code, game interfaces, graphics, text, video content, data, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of okbey or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicence, or otherwise commercially exploit any Platform content.
9.3 The game content available through the okbey Platform is licensed from third-party certified game studios and providers. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective licensors.
10.1 The okbey Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While okbey makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and game accuracy, we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the Platform at all times.
10.2 Gambling involves risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money wagered on the okbey Platform. okbey provides gaming and betting services for entertainment purposes. We bear no liability for gambling losses incurred through legitimate use of the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
10.3 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okbey's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
10.4 okbey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
11.1 okbey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC; requests from law enforcement or PAGCOR; or any activity that okbey determines may harm the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
11.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, okbey will freeze the Account balance. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the Account will be reinstated and the balance made available for withdrawal. If a breach is confirmed, okbey reserves the right to permanently close the Account and, where applicable, forfeit the balance in accordance with its obligations under PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements.
11.3 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting okbey support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes, and any remaining balance that is withdrawable under these Terms will be returned to your verified payment method within ten (10) business days.
11.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may initiate self-exclusion through the Account Settings dashboard or by contacting okbey support. See Section 12 (Responsible Gaming) for further details.
12.1 okbey is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. We believe that gambling should be an entertainment activity enjoyed responsibly by adults. We actively support the implementation of the responsible gaming framework established by PAGCOR for the Philippine online gaming industry.
12.2 okbey provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account dashboard after login:
12.3 Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period has been activated, it cannot be shortened or reversed before its scheduled expiry. This irreversibility is intentional and designed to protect Players who have determined they need a break from gambling.

13.1 The collection, use, processing, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by okbey is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.
13.2 By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to okbey processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, and the provision of customer support.
13.3 okbey complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in the handling of all personal data collected through the Platform. All data is transmitted and stored using industry-standard encryption protocols.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the Platform, or any transaction on okbey, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through okbey's internal dispute resolution process, which is accessible via live chat or email to [email protected].
14.3 Where an internal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being formally raised, either party may refer the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms, where applicable, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
14.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction pending the outcome of formal dispute resolution proceedings.
15.1 okbey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulations, Platform features, payment methods, or okbey's operational policies.
15.2 Notice of material changes to these Terms will be provided to registered Players via email to their registered address or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated in the updated Terms document.
15.3 Your continued use of the okbey Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.3.
